Our approach

Harsh scrubs and stripping products can leave skin red and sore. We work with your skin instead.

Protect the barrier

We cleanse and purify while protecting the acid mantle, the skin's natural defence, so skin stays calm.

Results vary between people. Facials and LED can help manage breakouts and support your skin, but they are not a cure for acne.

When to see your doctor or a dermatologist first

Please see a doctor if your acne is painful, deep or cystic, is leaving scars, came on suddenly, is not improving, or is affecting how you feel. We are happy to work alongside your doctor, and facials can often continue with their advice.

Taking acne medication?

Tell us when you book if you use prescription acne treatments, such as isotretinoin, retinoids or antibiotics. Some treatments need to wait until you have finished or have your doctor's approval.

Questions

Can a facial get rid of my acne?

Facials and LED can help manage breakouts, calm the skin and keep pores clear, but they are not a cure and results vary. For ongoing acne, regular visits and a good home routine make the biggest difference.

How often should I come in?

Your therapist will suggest a plan based on your skin. For active breakouts, this is often a short series of visits a few weeks apart, then maintenance.

Which facial should I choose?

Sort My Skin is a quick deep cleanse, Clear My Complexion is a longer purifying facial, and Young Skin Essentials suits a first facial. A free skin diagnosis will point you to the right one.

Can you help with acne scarring?

Microneedling is often used for the look of scarring once breakouts have settled. See advanced skin treatments and ask at your consultation.

What home care will I need?

Usually a gentle cleanser, a targeted treatment and a lightweight moisturiser, plus daily sunscreen. Your therapist will suggest products from the Ella Baché range to suit your skin.
