Massage
Body massage in 30, 60 or 90 minutes (from $89), or a 15-minute scalp massage ($34) on its own or with a facial.
Spray tan
The Ella Baché Great Spray Tan takes 15 minutes and costs $57. A sun-kissed glow without the UV damage: a little preparation and aftercare keep it even and long-lasting.
Exfoliate with a gentle scrub, paying extra attention to elbows, knees and ankles, then moisturise your body and face with a light, oil-free moisturiser.
Shower in the morning. Skip perfume and moisturiser, and wear loose clothes and loose shoes, such as thongs, so nothing rubs your skin.
The tan keeps developing for about 8 hours. Avoid touching or rubbing your skin, don't wash your hands, and wait 8 to 12 hours before your first rinse.
Moisturise daily, pat dry after showering, and avoid chlorinated pools, hot tubs and heavy sweating. Hold off exfoliating until you're ready for the tan to fade, and protect it with sunscreen.
Body exfoliation
Honey Almond Exfoliation ($98) or Earth Enzyme Exfoliation ($132), 30 minutes each, plus a Deep Cleansing Back Treatment ($98). Pairs well before a spray tan for a smoother, even finish.
Event makeup
